Work includes creation of brand retail playbook, users journeys, furniture and display kit of part, visual merchandising planning, and quality control at fabricators.
User pool increased by 430% in 30 months thanks to the retail strategy ( 2.9 millions users in July 2017, 12.7 millions users in December 2019).
